ABOUT
Serenity Willow
Founded in 2006 as the first yoga studio in Arlington Heights, Serenity Willow (formerly Willow Yoga) has always been a place of warmth, authenticity, and community. We are a welcoming, non-competitive space dedicated to keeping yoga accessible, mindful, and true to its roots. Every class is guided with care and intention, honoring yoga’s foundation of breath, awareness, and connection.
Our Mission
Our mission at Serenity Willow is to create a welcoming and nurturing space where individuals and families of all ages can experience the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and connection. Through compassionate teaching and a supportive community, we inspire physical, mental, and emotional well-being, encouraging everyone to grow, find balance, and embrace each stage of life with awareness and confidence.
Our Philosophy
At Serenity Willow, we believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a practice of presence, compassion, and self-discovery. Our classes are taught from the heart, with a focus on supporting each individual wherever they are in their journey. We strive to preserve the essence of yoga while embracing creativity and diverse modalities that enrich our community.
Community & Collaboration
Our Environment
We are proud to be a small, non-intimidating studio where everyone feels seen, supported, and at home. Serenity Willow is a place to grow, breathe, and connect, free from competition or comparison. Our teachers and students share a genuine sense of belonging, creating a peaceful space for learning and transformation.
Serenity Willow is more than a yoga studio. It is a family. We value collaboration among teachers, enjoy sharing ideas, and often create workshops, special events, and community classes together.
Our shared goal is to nurture an environment of learning, connection, and joy that extends beyond the mat.
